No More Settling in Jamestown, TN Basement

Challenge

Ron Bicknese, a homeowner in Jamestown, TN noticed his home seemed unbalanced. His air conditioning system was not level with the ground like it had been for years. Upon investigation, Ron found the answer to his question: his home had settled, causing a shift in the bricks, creating an unbalanced home. Solution

Primary Foreman, Jake Hayes led his team to Jamestown, TN to help Ron. The team installed a series of piers to the home to alleviate any settling that may have occurred. The process also prevents any future settling that could occur, so the home remains stable.

Because Master Services does not enforce a depth clause, Ron was confident in the price he was estimated. Over 40 piers were installed into Ron's home due to the amount of settling that had occurred.
