Master Service Companies Owner Josh Smith Chosen for City of Knoxville Advisory Council
Knoxville Mayor Madeline Rogero chose 12 new members for the City's Business Advisory Council this week and they are already hard at work.
Our owner, Josh Smith, is among the local business owners who will serve as advisers and contribute ideas and feedback to the Office of Business Support, on issues related to doing business in Knoxville.
"I'm pleased to be part of this leadership group that is working to make Knoxville an even better place to create jobs, do business and serve our community", said Josh Smith.
Giving back is in Josh's DNA. He's involved in numerous charities and "One Community" is among our company values. Josh believes in being "an advocate for our community, returning the blessings we've been given" and encourages all employees to serve others with their time and talents.
“This is a key advisory panel. These are business leaders who have volunteered to serve as a sounding board. We’ll be asking them how issues or policies affect local small businesses. But it’s very much a two-way street”, said Patricia Robledo, the City’s Business Liaison.
The board meets every other month and terms last two years.
And we can be sure that Josh will be committed to making a positive impact on the future of Knoxville.
