A Day in the Life of Lakin Inmon: Elevating Culture and Recruiting at Master Services

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Master Services, my role is focused on finding and bringing top talent to our team. But recruiting is just one part of what I do. These values are reflected in every aspect of our work, and I strive to integrate them into all my activities.

Today, in addition to my recruiting responsibilities, I focused on enhancing our company culture—a passion of mine. I have been dedicating time to planning fun events, fostering community involvement, and finding ways to show appreciation to our incredible employees. Recently, I started driving to various job sites to deliver snacks and drinks to our production crews. These crews are at the heart of what we do and showing them appreciation is a small but impactful way to let them know how much they are valued.

By making these personal deliveries, I aim to create moments that connect with our team members and reinforce that we’re all in this together, striving for the same goals. It's about taking care of the people who take care of our customers—showing them that their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

Every day brings new challenges and opportunities, but what makes my work so fulfilling is the ability to make a tangible difference in the lives of my colleagues. Whether it’s bringing on the next great hire or creating a positive atmosphere within the company, my focus is always on building a strong, unified team that embodies our values.
