When a crawlspace becomes moist, it can create mold, mildew, and rot. These, in turn, attract pests, which die in the area and attract more pests. This Clinton, TN crawlspace was full of humidity and moisture, so the Master Services team encapsulated it with our CleanSpace liner, which is mold and mildew resistant.
