Master Dry Receives Mid-Size Business Excellence Award

KNOXVILLE, TN - Master Dry is excited to announce that they have been presented with the 2016 Mid-Size Business Excellence Award. The award was received during Knoxville Chamber's 12th annual Pinnacle Awards, May 13th. In 2014, they also recieved the Small Business Excellence Award, making them the only business to have won in two different catagories. 

The Mid-Size Business Excellence Awards honors East Tennessee businesses with 51-200 employees company-wide and have shown exceptional growth, stability, and profitability. The businesses must also but recignozed regionally, nationally, or internationally, and should show leadership in their division. 

Master Dry has recently relocated to accomodate their rapidly growing team. In late February, they moved from a 14,000 square foot building to one that is over 50,000 square feet. Master Dry has also won the Angie's List Super Service Award for the past five years, the Better Business Burea A+ Rating 2010-2015, and multiple HomeAdvisor awards. Since 2009, they have grown from just five employees to almost 100.

While accepting the award, owner Josh Smith stated, "I showed up a couple of years ago and I said, 'there's no way I can win this award," for the Small Business Excellence, and when we did it was amazing. Then here to be nominated again is just amazing."

Master Dry's committment to doing it right the first time has led to them being the premier basement waterproofing and foundation repair company in the Knoxville area. Being family oriented, charitable, and involved in their community has also led to their excellent reputation.
