Master Services and General Manager Dustin Coffey Recognized with Awards from Knoxville News Sentinel

Master Services was recognized by the Knoxville News Sentinel with the 2021 Top Workplaces award, while General Manager Dustin Coffey received the Clued-In Senior Management award. The company was one of only 15 organizations chosen for the prestigious Top Workplaces award in the medium business category.

In partnership with survey firm Energage, the Knoxville News Sentinel recognizes area businesses, organizations, and nonprofits based on employee feedback. Employees take anonymous surveys to review workplaces on company culture, values, and job satisfaction. The highest-rated organizations are named Top Workplaces.

“We talk a lot about work culture here,” said Coffey. “But that’s because it’s a top priority for us. A company is only as good as its people and without job satisfaction, good people won’t stick around.”

In addition to evaluating top workplaces, the survey recognizes companies and team members for excellence in specific areas. Coffey’s award signifies employee trust and confidence in his leadership.

Energage has surveyed and studied over 66,000 organizations since 2006, giving them an edge when evaluating company culture and job satisfaction. The survey identifies 15 culture drivers that are essential to success in any company.
