KNOXVILLE, TN – Master Dry, local foundation and basement waterproofing specialists, won the Small Business Excellence Award at the Knoxville Chamber’s annual Pinnacle Awards Banquet in May, at the Knoxville Convention Center.

            The Small Business Excellence Award is given to an East Tennessee small business employing less than 50 people that has consistently increased its workforce and revenue. The winner of this award has demonstrated that they have the ability to increase capital, improve operational efficiency and customer loyalty, and expand distribution of products or services.

            Master Dry has experienced growth in all areas of business, from gross revenue to number of employees on staff. They have expanded their customer base while improving customer satisfaction, and continue to expand marketing efforts.
