I got a follow up call after initially scheduling my installation (which was a month away), but didn't get any calls the few days before the installation. I would have liked to hear from someone before the crew got to my house.
No depth limit on piers + price matching a competitor cinched the deal for me. The fact that Master Services is local (with an investment in their facility so close to my own home) made me feel at ease. The warranty on the work was also crucial.
