Had our first big rain last night since the repair. What a relief it was to be able to sleep through the storm without worrying about a flooded basement!
Sales rep spent a gracious amount of time evaluating our needs and customizing the system to our basement and budget. Presentation and materials provided were extremely helpful in understanding the root cause of our water problems and best solutions.
Installation crew were some of the best contracted crews I have worked with professionally or at home. They were polite, friendly, hardworking, and went beyond the boundaries of the contract-- helping to move heavy furniture, cover items, and did an excellent job cleaning up debris and keeping dust to a minimum.
The crew did an excellent job. We expected a complete mess-- but were pleasantly surprised that a little sweeping , vac, and mop and we were done. Great
