Side note: Kieran the Team Leader of the group was absolutely on top of his game. Unknown to anyone i overheard a conversation that he had with one of his team members regarding how they do a specific task on his team. I would hope that other teams would do the task the same way to protect your other and future customers. As simple as it may sound, he explained that his expectation on his team is that the floor is swept up before the concrete is put down to seal the system on the floor. This method of cleaning prior to putting the concrete down ensures that there is good adhesion. He did it in a very polite and meaningful manner. Also, each one of the crew exhibited pride at doing their jobs and wanting to satisfy the customer. Great job and thank you for sending me this team.
