Since the person in the office is the first line of communication she should take notes when needed and relay information to whomever should receive it. Due to her lack of communication my job was delayed a day and then the people who was scheduled on my reschedule day were delayed too. The installation crew made a trip for nothing; and I live about an hour away. so travel time and fuel wasted. The whole day could have went as scheduled if she had just made the notes or relayed the information that I told her TWICE to tell them.
I was very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of BJ. His knowledge about the products and the company were also quite impressive. He is what sold me on using this company.
Mackenzie and Leon.... unfortunately had to deal with my attitude the first day they arrived. I'm sure they thought that I was going to be an awful customer until we all realized that my anger and disappointment was not with them. They came prepared to do their job....unfortunately there were no notes nor any communication about the additional work that needed to be completed so they did not bring all of the tools required for the job. They then had to leave for the day and the company tried to reschedule me for the following week.... Mackenzie made sure to be here the next day. Mackenzie and Leon were great! Friendly, professional and fun! Solid knowledge of their job, the process and the finished job looks great.
They did a wonderful job cleaning up after the job was complete.
BJ Browning sold me on this. I fully intended to look at other companies but after I met with him I felt confident that your company was the one for the job. My only complaint about this whole process is the front office. I specifically told her twice to let the crew know that they would likely have to take the wall down....she did not relay that. I will absolutely recommend your company to others.
