No one had been in the crawl pace since 2007 and I felt it needed to be checked-out. Master Services was the only company that was professionally qualified. From the initial inspection to the final inspection, everything was done in a timely fashion and to my satisfaction. To have someone come to give an estimate during this pandemic and actually show up was a WOW; to have a printout of products to be installed, along with a printout diagram of my crawl space and where each item would be installed another WOW ; to have pictures of my crawl space in real time on their iPad was an exceptional WOW. The price was a sticker shock WOW. However, I had to almost start from scratch and the products were of the highest quality. I got what I asked for, an extreme makeover, and not what someone else thought I should have done. An licensed electrician was also on the team. I could not believe that everything needed was on the truck: "a place for everything and everything in it's place"! Each team member was so courteous, knowledgeable, dressed for the job and wore a mask as I did. I cannot stress enough: DO YOUR HOME WORK AND DON'T EXPECT SOMETHING FOR NOTHING!
