I really appreciated the fact that (1) your sales rep did not do the "hard aggressive sell" and (2) in comparing your company with a competitor, your products/repairs were more in line with what was needed. Your company provided me with great service in repairing the floor joist that was failing. Once the job was completed, the cracks in my walls are almost invisible and the floor no longer bows. Then yesterday in raising my sidewalks back to their original position so water doesn't continue to flood my crawlspace, your crew worked hard to make it look probably better than original. They were concerned about any trip hazards and kept me informed during the whole process. I would not hesitate to refer your company and have already told many people how wonderful you are.
