Great overall but I was promised i would receive documentation for my records of the lifetime warranty covering the work was done once paid in full. I paid in full after the work was done and still have failed to receive any documentation and will be calling back to request this which doesn't leave me as a customer with a good feeling at the end of the process after paying over thirty thousand dollars...
Your representative informed us it would be done within a week tops but this work due to weather took well over 3+ weeks to get completed from the start
Kyle and team that came each day were very professional at all time and courteous.
Everything was great but during the process you all attached a long PVC pipe to one of our drains in the back of the house extending forward but never buried it or set expectations that you would or wouldn't prior to leaving...
You seemed to mean what you said initially and the last group we worked with said alot of things too but didn't follow through entirely.
