Overall we are satisfied. We are just waiting for vents to be fixed that were not installed properly.
The original installation crew from 10/3/22 rushed through the job. The vents they installed are not level with each other and they are crooked. They also broke a small bookshelf when they decided to put the vent in another place. They could have asked us to move it but they didn’t. The water hose from the dehumidifier was also placed in the wrong drain. The water hose was fixed by another worker on 10/11/22. We are still waiting for the vents to be fixed.
For the most part they cleaned up afterwards.
