After investigating a variety of companies and consulting with a structural engineer who had worked with all the companies I seriously considered, AND after meeting the sales person, Ryan, (who himself had been a foreman of foundation crews with Master Services before becoming a salesperson) whose recommendations, etc. corresponded with the structural engineer's assessment, I knew I had found the company I must seriously consider. The final push towards Master Services, though, came from the salesperson Ryan who pointed out a flaw in my house's basic basement support system that NO one else from any other company had seen, including the Structural Engineer. I knew from Ryan's explanation and solution for that construction flaw and answers to many more questions about what exactly I needed done immediately to make my house safe rather than trying to get me to do everything that could be done to make my house "perfect" all at once at great additional cost, told me that I could trust Ryan's word that Master Services could "save" my house's foundation from further serious problems. As I was paying for this job outright and not on credit, this information was very important to how I made my final decision. On the last day, when I personally had the deep satisfaction of watching with my own eyes the cracks in the ceiling greatly decrease, the doors close perfectly, and the "steps" in the foundation itself almost disappear, I knew I could finally breathe again... In addition I must also add: After the first day of work in late December and then this past week's completion of the project by the hard working crew of Cole, Chase, and Chris and the very professional and knowledgeable supervision and directions from Jake, the foreman, I knew I had chosen the right company. All of the crew were very patient with my many questions and interest in what was being done, always polite and professional. They had "saved my house." They had done what they said they could do! It was truly a fun and very rewarding way to spend so much money! :) I thank them all, and Ryan, so very much!
