Got callfrom Master Dry within 5 min of checking out web site and asking for a call. It was after 8 on a Friday night, I was rather suprised, thought it would be Monday before I heard from anyone. Saw a salesman on Tuesday and signed the paperwork.
Messed up schedualing, I was told by salesman crew would be at the house on Tu the 27th, and they showed up on Mon the 26th.
No high pressure sales, just explained what Master Dry could do for me.
Guys did an excellent job, explained everything they did. They stayed late and got the job done in one day.
Guys did a great job cleaning up. I didn't have to pick up anything after they left.
The sales rep and the work crew really set the impression for me. This company rocks!
