The work was done on two different days, both days the techs called in advance to give me a time frame of when they would be here. After arriving, they set up for the jobs they were doing and finished them in very good time. They showed me their work to be sure I was satisfied with it. Very courteous and professional.

I had called a local company, who had a guy come out and look at what needed to be done. After looking at everything, he left with the statement that he would figure out what needs to be done and how much. That was in early April and I still haven't heard back from them. I have seen numerous commercials for Master Services and what they do, so I contacted them. They sent a person to see what needed to be done, he gave me a estimate in just a little while. He explained what needed to be done, went over the process, and we had an arrangement to do the work. I hope I never have to have anything like this to repair again, but if I were to, I will go with Master Services.
