I choose to rate Master Services as being Best due to the following reasons. Customer service, and hearing from them on several occasions "we want to make you happy". The install of the sump pump and dehumidifier had its challenges, and a few things were not what I had expected. After my email to them giving them details on the items I was not satisfied with, I received a wonderful response from Babie Galloway, followed up with a phone call from Curtis. Curtis scheduled a time for them to come back out to make the necessary changes. While here Curtis, Travis, Aaon and Joe reassured me that things will be done to my satisfaction, and they were! And David came out the next day to replace a faulty breaker. I am glad I choose to write my email and giving them the opportunity to make the necessary changes. I would definitely recommend having them do a job for you!

Nick Day was very informative, answered all of my questions and quickly responded when there were concerns after the initial install. Thank you Nick!

Travis and his crew on the first day were great, did a good job and things were cleaned up. On his return visit I heard him, Curtis and Aaron say to me "give us constructive criticism, we want to make you happy". And boy did they! I enjoyed watching Aaron be precise in routing the discharge pipes and as he was finishing up to say "the pipe is crooked" haha The new routing of the pipes makes it easier for me to build something, so they are hidden, and my basement can be returned to being a finished basement. At one point Curtis was even on his hands and knees rolling epoxy over a seam in the concrete to ensure no water will come up. I told them I am extremely happy with the work, and I now know that my basement will be dry! Thank you, Curtis, Travis, Aaron and Joe!

Everything was swept clean, and construction debris removed.
