Glad we had the work done, despite almost giving up deposit due to frustrations in salesperson communications. You have a work crew that I wouldn't hesitate to recruit to come work for me, keep taking care of the core ! Communications with the office were exceptional and everyone was pleasant.
Work crews are the best, however contact with sales person after signing contract was "frustrating" . I'll be happy to explain.

Sales pitch was obviously effective. After contract commitment, the details and additional work was "difficult" . Poor communication despite my wife and myself trying to accommodate, even adjusting work schedules to be available for calls.
Everyone was exceptional. Tyler is a trooper ! Edwin is very dedicated and wants to excel and please in every way. Each worker was diligent and professional.
Guys worked late, yet did not take shortcuts or rush away. Went above and beyond cleaning.
