Our Sump Pump System Battles Mold, Mildew, and Water Damage in Mosheim, TN

Challenge

This Mosheim, TN resident was worried about her basement. The tell-tale signs were everywhere: mold, mildew, and discoloration on the walls. She had a serious moisture and humidity problem, and if left unchecked, the damage from the moisture would only become worse. The resident was even beginning to detect a lingering odor in her home due to the mold! So, she called Master Services to come out and give her peace of mind by waterproofing her basement.

Solution

Lead Installer Bernie and his team installed our TripleSafe™ Sump Pump System. They also installed a perimeter drainage system along the edges of the basement. This system collects and directs water to the sump pump, which then diverts the water out of the home.  

The sump pump system offers a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller® ⅓ horsepower sump pump. If this pump fails, a secondary system is in place to take over and pump heavy loads of water from an area. Finally, if there’s a power outage, our UltraSump® battery backup sump pump kicks in to keep pumping water out of the home.

Now the resident no longer needs to worry about her below-grade space—Master Services took care of the problem for her!
