CleanSpace Wall System in Sunbright, TN Basement

Challenge

A homeowner in Sunbright, TN was having trouble with water in their basement. The excessive amount of water in the basement was causing the floors and walls to decay. This has been a problem that had been ongoing for some time. After the problem happened enough times, and with the looming fear of structural damage, the homeowner contacted Master Services.

Solution

Before Master Services could get to work, a contractor had to remove the walls. This allowed Master Services to put in a complete WaterGuard System. This system is installed around the perimeter of the basement and leads the incoming water to a Sump Pump that pumps the water out of the basement to a designated, nonproblematic area. Next, an IceGuard was installed to the pump line on the exterior of the home to prevent blockage caused by debris, snow, or ice. CleanSpace Walls were installed to replace the old, decayed ones. This wall system not only provides a water vapor barrier, but also gives the space a bright, appealing look. A LawnSpace system was also installed outside the basement to prevent water from being drained directly beside it.
