WaterGuard Drainage System Waterproofs Grandview, TN Basement
Challenge
A homeowner in Grandview, TN was experiencing an ongoing water issue in their basement. The homeowner stated that water enters the basement whenever there is a heavy rain. The water was a not yet a major issue, however the basement was used as an additional living space, and the homeowner wanted to stop the problem before more serious issues arose.
Solution
Master Services installed a WaterGuard Drainage System around the perimeter of the basement. The WaterGuard Drainage System leads water to a Sump Pump that pumps the water out of the basement. A Basement Air Machine was also installed to dehumidify the basement's air. Lastly, a LawnScape was installed outside the basement to prevent rainwater from being drained directly outside the basement walls.
