TripleSafe Sump Pump installed in Shady Valley, TN Basement

Challenge

Shady Valley residents Harold and Carol B. noticed water coming into their basement through the floor and the walls. As a result, a musty smell filled the basement air, and water damage was apparent throughout the space. Finally, fed up with their constantly damp basement, Harold and Carol called the professionals at Master Services. Master Services Sales Representative Chad Crawford inspected their home and gave them an accurate estimate of the job at hand.

Solution

Foreman Cory Blalock took on this project with his trusted crew. He carefully analyzed the basement’s condition in order to execute the project completely. First, the team installed a WaterGuard Drainage system around the perimeter of the basement to collect the incoming water. Next, a Triple Safe Sump Pump 2000 was connected to the WaterGuard system to drain water out of the basement and to a designated area that was nonproblematic. An IceGuard was then placed on the outside drainage pipe to prevent any damage or freezing to the pipe in the cold East Tennessee winters. Finally, a Lawnscape was installed outside so that the water would drain away from the basement walls.

Now Harold and Carol enjoy a water-free basement all of the time!
