Challenge
A homeowner in Fall Branch, TN was experiencing mold in their crawl space that was caused by humidity and water entering the space. The owner was also aware that the crawl space was poorly insulated - causing them to pay more than necessary for heating and air conditioning.
Solution
Master Services began the project with Mold Remediation to rid the space of the current mold. Then, the old plastic the was not properly covering the dirt floor was removed and replaced with proper black plastic matting. SilverGlo Insulation was installed to better insulate the space, saving the homeowner on their electric bill. A Crawl Space Air Machine was also installed to regulate humidity and prevent any future mold growth.
