A close-up of the crawlspace before our crew started working on it.
There are clear signs of water intrusion.
After clearing the crawlspace of debris, our crew installed the Drainage Matting.
This layer is placed under the CleanSpace lining on the dirt or concrete floor. The dimples allow for better conductivity for water to get to the perimeter drainage or sump pump.
A view of the crawlspace after our crew was done with the encapsulation.
As you can see from the picture, we sealed the vents, thus isolating the area from the outside.
A picture of our TripleSafe sump pump.
This pump will collect any water infiltration and pump it outside, away from the crawlspace.
