Master Services recently responded to concerns about horizontal cracks in a house in Richlands, VA. Our home inspector quickly identified soil settling as the root cause, a common issue in the area. To resolve the problem, after an appointment was scheduled, our production crew dug a small trench around the building and then installed several helical piers, which connect the cement footing to stable ground using steel brackets.
