Determined to restore the home’s stability, the homeowner agreed to a plan involving five helical piers. These supports anchor the foundation to stable soil beneath the house, preventing further settling and providing long-term protection.
To install the helical piers, our crew carefully excavated around the most vulnerable areas, making sure to keep disruption to a minimum. After placing all five piers, they backfilled the trenches and smoothed out the area, leaving the property neat and orderly.
By day’s end, the home was securely supported, and the homeowner felt relieved knowing their foundation was stabilized for years to come. With the helical piers in place, the risk of ongoing settling and structural damage had been significantly reduced, offering much-needed peace of mind.
