Initially, the crew installed a WaterGuard to evaporate and remove all of the accumulated water as well as a port to properly release the water through an outdoor receptacle rather than building on the wall. They proceeded to conduct a gravity feed discharge. Nick then completed an HVAC and sheetrock removal. They also installed BrightWall Basement Wall Panels, waterproof, stain-resistant, easy-to-clean, and maintenance and painting free plastic, trim strips that brighten and beautify basement walls. Bright Wall Panels are effective guards against moisture and water vapor, preventing mold growth and further water damage.
