Our home inspector quickly identified the issue: the sinking of the cement sidewalk was due to poor soil compaction underneath. Over time, the natural hardening of the cement could further aggravate the situation. To address this, we dispatched our expert PolyLift crew.
In just one afternoon, we were able to restore the height of the sidewalk by injecting PolyLift under the cement slabs. This efficient process did not require the business to close, ensuring minimal disruption while effectively resolving the hazard.
