Schedule a Free Estimate!In Friendsville, TN, a homeowner named Greg noticed an unpleasant odor lingering in his home. After some investigation, he discovered that the source was his crawlspace, which had been encapsulated years ago with subpar materials. Over time, the inadequate encapsulation had deteriorated, allowing mold to take hold on the joists and creating an unhealthy environment beneath his home.
Concerned about the impact on his family's health and the structural integrity of his house, Greg contacted Master Services for a solution. Our home inspector conducted a thorough inspection and quickly identified the root of the problem. At the scheduled time, our production crew removed the old, deteriorated encapsulation and cleared away all debris. To prevent future issues, they sealed off the vents and installed our advanced Drainage Matting and CleanSpace liner, brightening the space and protecting it against moisture. Greg was particularly impressed by the energy savings he noticed after the installation.
To ensure that the crawlspace remained free from mold and moisture year-round, Master Services added a Sedona dehumidifier. Thanks to the comprehensive work by Master Services, Greg now has a dry, clean, and energy-efficient crawlspace that contributes to the overall comfort and safety of his home.
Jon G., a homeowner in Friendsville, TN, had unseen black mold growing in his laundry room walls for years, before removing a section of sheet rock and discovering the problem. Based on Bobby's suggestions, foreman Michael Geasland and his team installed all of the products mentioned in order to solve the mold problem and prevent any future issues. Additionally, electrician Tobin Herron visited the home to install a new electrical outlet to replace one that had been cut away to get to the interior walls.
