The home smelled damp and moldy and when she peered inside the crawlspace, she detected serious moisture levels. Moisture can wreck havoc on below-grade spaces, causing wood rot and attracting pests. No home should have moisture or mold problems, but you definitely can't rent out a vacation home with these issues!
Our team inspected it and recommended our CleanSpace vapor barrier and SmartSump sump pump designed specifically for crawlspaces. The vapor barrier exposed areas from water, while the sump pump collects floodwater and directs it safely outside of the home. The water is discharged far from the foundation and any landscaping.

Lin P., the owner of a cabin in Gatlinburg, TN noticed that floors seemed in be sagging in the corners and some interior walls had developed cracks. Since the home was built in the 1970s, it is to be expected that some sagging of beams or floor joists would occur over time.
Lin called Master Dry and a sales representative, Scott Frazier, was sent out to inspect the property. By choosing this solution, Master Dry was able to give Lin a solution that not only helped immediately, but would also prevent future issues, as the height of the SmartJacks can be adjusted at any time to accommodate foundation settlement or anything else that might occur.
When the job was completed, Lin was satisfied and was left with a sense of confidence that the home was sturdy and reinforced.
