Master Services visited a school in Oliver Springs, TN about some rampant foundation damage happening around the grounds. Cracks were forming in interior and exterior brick walls in a common "stair step" pattern. Settlement can occur to a variety of reasons, but mostly it comes down to soil composition and moisture.
