Challenge
A homeowner in Jonesborough, TN planned to rent a home out. When he poked his head inside the crawlspace, however, his senses were assaulted by a horrible odor. He also noticed an excessive amount of water in the area, sparking his fears about water damage. He knew he needed to have these problems fixed before a renter moved in.
Solution
Our team visited the home and inspected the crawlspace. We concurred with the owner that there was a moisture problem, so we made several recommendations. These included our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier, CleanSpace moisture barrier, and SmartSump system .
