Our team recently worked on a large crawlspace near Oak Ridge, TN, which had been previously encapsulated with inadequate material that deteriorated over time, leading to mold growth on the joists. After a thorough inspection, our crew removed all debris and the old encapsulation, then sealed off the vents. Next, they installed our Drainage Matting and CleanSpace liner, which brightens the crawlspace and protects against moisture. To maintain stable humidity levels and prevent mold and spore growth year-round, we added our Sedona dehumidifier.

This crawlspace near Hartford, TN was full of standing water. Our team got to work fortifying it against water by installing our CleanSpace moisture barrier and TripleSafe sump pump. We also installed our SilverGlo wall insulation panels, which go far in mitigating energy costs. The sump pump collects water and directs it to a perimeter drainage system, which funnels the water outside of the house. The moisture barrier, which is tear and mold resistant, shields the area from mold and water damage. 

This home in Pigeon Forge, TN had a concrete slab that may have shifted due to soil erosion, excessive moisture, or drought. Master Services drilled holes along the slab, then injected each with our high-density PolyLyft. The polyurethane expanded, raising the slab and fixing the irregularity. 

The Master Services team installed our CleanSpace® Crawl Space Vapor Barrier at a residence in Sevierville, TN. With this liner in place, the crawlspace will be protected from problems like mold, mildew, and rot.
