Before repairs, this Rossville, GA crawl space was vulnerable to ongoing moisture problems due to exposed soil, deteriorating insulation, and uncontrolled humidity, allowing ground moisture to rise into the space and create conditions that can lead to mold growth, wood rot, musty odors, and reduced indoor air quality throughout the home. After a full crawl space upgrade by Master Foundation & Crawl Space Repair, the space was completely transformed into a sealed, controlled environment designed to manage moisture long term. The Master Team first removed the moisture-damaged insulation, then installed CleanSpace® vapor barrier with integrated drainage matting across 132 square feet to permanently block ground vapor while directing any water safely beneath the liner instead of allowing it to affect structural components. To actively regulate humidity, a high-efficiency SaniDry Sedona™ dehumidifier was installed to continuously filter and dry the air, preventing condensation and maintaining healthy moisture levels year-round. A condensate pump was added to automatically discharge collected water, along with a dedicated electrical outlet to ensure uninterrupted system performance. With these systems working together, the crawl space shifted from a damp, unreliable area into a dry, sealed, and protected foundation zone, helping safeguard the home against future moisture damage while improving overall durability and air quality.
This Graysville, TN home needed a waterproofing system installed in the crawlspace. Moisture can cause a variety of problems in a home, not the least of which are mold and rot. To protect this crawlspace, the team installed our CleanSpace liner, which is mold and mildew resistant and protects against humidity.
