In LaFollette, TN, a homeowner reached out to Master Services to enhance a crawlspace previously encapsulated with inferior materials by the home builder. Over time, issues like water pooling and mold formation arose due to elevated humidity and the abundance of organic material, particularly in the wooden beams. To tackle this, we opted for the reliable CleanSpace® Wall system. This system not only reduces crawlspace humidity but also improves overall home air quality by preventing water or vapor infiltration. Additionally, we sealed any vents to the outside and installed our Sedona dehumidifier, thus creating a controlled environment inside the crawlspace. With this encapsulation and our dehumidifier, the area is now protected from water infiltration and humidity.
