I was glad we chose Master Services to waterproof our basement. They arrived on time and did a fantastic job. They worked fast and cleaned up afterwards. We couldn't be happier with the results. A year later, they came to inspect and everything was okay. They also recommended some help in our garage where the concrete had settled. We haven't done anything with that yet, but plan to in the future. I would highly recommend these guys.

When I first heard about Master Services and what their company does, I decided to Google them. I saw so many articles about all the community service and events they have done. I thought to myself, "what a great team with great morals!" So I hired them. And I was even more surprised. The work they did was flawless, the mess was cleaned up like they had never been there, the customer service was perfect. I thank Master Services for the great experience. 

Master Services installed a floor support system in my crawl space in 2014. The professionalism shown by the installers was above expectations. They performed the work as on site problem solvers as opposed to performing the job by completing a task list. I recently had the yearly maintenance of the floor jacks and dehumidifier installed in 2014 and once again all expectations were exceeded. They informed me of a leak around a commode and a possible gutter issue they discovered during their assessment of conditions in the crawl space. I'll be using the services of Master Services for many years to come. I strongly and highly recommend them.

Steve Reynolds is a great sales guy. When he arrived to do the initial assessment of the crawl space, he was very friendly, professional, and respectful. Once he completed his assessment, he made recommendations based on the conditions he found, told us what would work best for us and did not try to over-sell. I loved that he did not try to recommend things we did not need. Kyle and his crew were super friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Completed the job within the estimated timeframe, did a wonderful job, and completely cleaned up all debris before departing each day. My crawl space is no longer a dirty, scary place!!

Master Services did a fantastic job on my home. They were honest with their quote and did not try and pressure me into any decisions. They quoted a price and that's what I paid. They did not leave me waiting. They told me exactly when they would be at my home. They completed the job in the time they said they would and they cleaned the side of my house in which hey we're working when they were done. I couldn't have been happier with the results!

Very few, if any other companies offer the crawlspace fixes that Master Services does. Their advertising on the web page and in the Crawl Space Science book they sent us were very convincing. We were looking for a contractor that could solve the high humidity problem causing mold in our crawlspace. This condition was mostly caused by a poorly installed radon removal system. Master Services's CleanSpace Encapsulation System solved the problem. It works well with our radon system and it gives us additional storage space. The installation crew was very neat, clean & efficient, they did a great job on cleanup. We are very pleased with the job Master Services did.

I hired Master Services because they were friendly, helpful and professional! The have been very helpful in helping me find resolution to crawlspace moisture problems. Everyone I've dealt with has been very courteous. Curtis is top notch as a service manager and as an installer, and very helpful in suggestions things that I could do to help improve my crawlspace.

I chose Master Services because they offered a lower quote and the sales rep didn't bad mouth the competitors. He was very professional. The guys on our work crew wer very friendly and informative. They were very patient with my daughter and me as we like to ask lots of questions regarding the installation of the piers and wall anchors. So far, so good!
