I used Master Foundation and Crawl Space Repair Foundation & Waterproofing Specialists for foundation repair, basement waterproofing, and mold testing and remediation. The house is on a hillside and it was settling so they had to put piers into the ground to stabilize it, also not knowing about cinder block, there was a water problem so they dug a transfer on the entire lower level of the ground floor and they put in a drain so the water now drains out. I had a real bad problem with mold and they put in a humidifier. They did a lot of work!
My crawl space is no longer a dirty, scary place!!
