The project included debris removal and professional mold treatment with insulation removal to eliminate existing mold and prepare the space for long-term protection. Our team then installed the CleanSpace® crawl space encapsulation system along the ground and partial walls, wrapped support piers, and sealed existing vents to help lock out ground moisture and humidity. A CleanSpace® wall system was added to further protect the crawl space walls, and a SaniDry™ Sedona dehumidifier was installed to actively regulate humidity levels and prevent future moisture-related issues. This Before & After transformation turned the crawl space into a clean, dry, and controlled environment that helps support the health, comfort, and durability of the home for years to come.
