We hired Master Services based on online research. The office staff called us, set up our appointment, and we promptly received information in the mail regarding the products available that best suited our needs. We were amazed at the time and efficiency it took to do the job. The crew was wonderful. They were kind, considerate and efficient. The answered all of our questions and informed us on how everything works. They also did a great job cleaning up after the job was completed. We are very pleased! Bobby Ewing came to my home, evaluated my crawlspace and was nice and answered my questions and the price was better than another quote I had received from another company. I was hesitant to have my water problem fixed in my crawlspace. I had been giving an estimate that seemed extremely high! So I decided to try another company which was Master Services. I’d seen advertised in our local paper! Beginning with a phone call in which the young lady was courteous, then the evaluation by a very professional man, then a great job completed by Matt, Nick and Chago!!! He spent over 3 hours on a Saturday with us, unreal!!!! Being a senior citizen now, I am very aware of thinking bottom line prices, but often contractors arrive and say I need a lot more done and it will cost alot more money. Master Services did not do that. Thank you!
