I am glad this problem is behind us now!
I think I spoke with April? Anyway She was pleasant with scheduling and touching base after the job was completed.
Steve answered my questions promptly before the job approval was given.
These four young men worked very hard to make our wet crawlspace corrections. Each day I was asked if I had any concerns or questions. When I did ask or have a problem with something it was addressed and or corrected. Crew was also very pleasant and respectful. Foreman seemed to "lead by example" by taking on some of the harder work where a lot of the water/mud was at while installing some of smart pipe.
I would have liked the manuals for our dehumidifier and sump pumps for my files.
Reputation. I felt that if we continue to have any water intrusion into our crawlspace after the repairs were made that Master Dry (MD) had the resources and would stand behind their work and return to make any needed corrections. MD was also the only company that actually went into our crawlspace to make an inspection before providing an estimate/proposal. We are new to the eastern TN rural area and have been told by new friends that repair services are sometimes hard to come by. Anyway it was nice to know that a company like MD was able to respond to our remote area for three full days and perform our needed repairs. The repairs were expensive but they probably saved our hardwood flooring which I would estimate have costed us about $4,000 to have replaced. Thank you, AJ
Crew chief (Dave) was very professional and took time out for my questions.
