I was amazed when Barry Jenkins, from Master Services responded immediately to my call regarding some mysterious water in our basement. Barry took time to look at our entire basement, not just the area of concern. He was able to provide me with important information about our foundation, recommend preventive things we can do on our own to maintain a "dry" basement, as well as confirm that our problem was not a big of deal! Master Services has a very professional team. Master Services's idea of how to fix the problem made much more sense that other companies' that I had inspect my basement. Jake, the inspector that was sent to my home, was very thorough in explaining the process of what could, and ultimately was done. The installation crew worked so hard yet got the job done so quickly! My grandfather used to own a construction company and he said that he would steal your workers in a heartbeat! Again, they are all nice, professional and time effective. Master Services does a great job!
