I am very impressed with the job Master Services did for me in my basement. I trusted our inspector, John Baucom, when he came to do the estimate, and when it was time for the work to be done, Alex and crew were fantastic- very friendly, polite and hardworking. A top notch crew.

They showed up on time and finished the job in one day! They also took the time to explain to me all of the details of the job and they showed me the work that they had done. I hired Master Services because of the overall process of encapsulating the crawlspace area and keeping the ground covered, and also because other companies estimated a sump pump and drain, which I did not need. Master Services had a better way of fixing my issue, which was to seal off the floor, walls, supports from the ground, rather than using fans, drains and attemps to dry naturally damp ground. I am very satisfied!
