From the very first meeting with Steve Price at my home to the installers (Michael or Martin, can't remember and Raul) everyone was top notch excellent! I was so pleased with the professionalism and information they provided. Steve answered all of our questions and gave us in depth information about everything. We watched a short video on how the system works and once the men were installing it, I knew what I was looking at when I saw their work. That made me feel better because I had an idea of what was going on and how it was put together.
