We were referred to Master Services by Russell's Pest Control. We are so pleased with the job they did! The crew called in advance to let us know what time they would arrive. They arrived then and immediately got to work. They worked diligently for 9.5 hours until they were done. They thoroughly cleaned the "cleanspace" and even washed their dusty shoe prints off the porch! The crew and their work were absolutely top-notch!

Starting with the estimate, through the job being finished, everything was done in a very professional and timely manner! David Kerr, the inspector, explained in a manner which we understood, and was low key and not aggressive. Kudos to the foreman as well; our property was treated with respect.

Bobby Ewing came to my home, evaluated my crawlspace and was nice and answered my questions and the price was better than another quote I had received from another company. I was hesitant to have my water problem fixed in my crawlspace. I had been giving an estimate that seemed extremely high! So I decided to try another company which was Master Services. Beginning with a phone call in which the young lady was courteous, then the evaluation by a very professional man, then a great job completed by Matt, Nick and Chago!!!
