I hired Master Services based on the initial presentation and material provided, as well as their professional approach. All of the Master Services people were very knowledgable and focused. During the installation, there was a lot of rain and other issues, but the crew worked right through it, including working overtime to complete the job as we desired. Master Services provided us with a complete solution, not just one piece of the puzzle. The quality of the work and products was outstanding. The install team did a great job. The encapsulation that they installed in our crawl space got rid of the musty smell in the house. The SilverGlow insulation they installed from soil-to-subfloor has helped to moderate the home temperatures.
